Sailent Features and Specifications:
Ø Automatic Tube Filling & Sealing Machine, Which Fills, Seals, and Codes the laminated tubes.
Ø Cassette feed device for automatic loading of empty tubes into in-feed device.
Ø This can be adjusted for standard variation of diameters and lengths of tubes.
Ø In feed device holds the empty tubes with suction provided by Vacuum Pump of 75-LPM free air displacement driven by 0.25 HP, 1440 RPM, 3 Phase A.C. motor.
Ø One set of 10 tube holders for any one size of tubes.
Ø Centering device for loading the tubes firmly into tube holders.
Ø Tube orientation device to orient the eye mark with the help of stepper Motor, Controller and Optical Scanner to sense the eye mark.
Ø No Tube No Fill device, which prevents the dosing action if the tube is not present.
Ø The blow off air system to cut the rat-tail to maintain accurate filling. 30 Ltrs. (Approx) S.S. 316 acid proof single wall hopper.
Ø Hot air blowing station consists of turbine blower with 70 CFM free air displacement at 2-PSI pressure run by 0.5 HP, 3 Phase,3000 RPM motor with 1.2 KW heater, hosepipe and P.I.D temperature controller.
Ø Mechanically operated pneumatic sealing and crimping unit seals the heated portion of the tube and crimps it with metallic stereos.
Ø Pneumatic trimming device, which trims the staggered portion of the sealed and crimped tube to give aesthetic appearance to the tube.
Ø Ejection device to eject the tube for cartooning process.0.75 HP 3 Phase 40 rpm geared motor to drive the machine. Pre-wired panel board for electrical connections.
Ø Machine is completely covered with S.S. and aluminum extruded channels with acrylic cover for the safety of operator.
Ø Accuracy & Speed of the machine also depends upon property of Filling material & Packing material etc.
The basic machine consists of
Ø S.S.-316 Pump head fitted with S.S.-316 valve, fitted with bearings on both sides
and enclosed with viton rubber lip seals to avoid leakage of ointment.
Ø The dosing is done with the help of Teflon piston fitted with
Viton ‘O’ rings in SS-316 dosing cylinder.
Filling ranges are as follows:
20 Grams to 30 Grams
30 Grams to 70 Grams
70 Grams to 100 Grams
100 Grams to 150 Grams
