Ø  Cap orientation Unit:

Ø  About 700 to 1000 Nos. caps required for single dosing in hopper. Then delivery of cap will be automatically through cap delivery chute.

Ø  Running bottle takes the cap from chute and indexing star wheel with Geneva Mechanism takes the bottle to the centre of the head.

Ø  Sealing cam goes downward and crimps the cap.

Ø  Clockwise moving star wheel brings the sealed bottle out then next operation takes place.
